James J. Kearney, Principal Consultant of JHK Consultants, Inc. has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. His consulting firm provides management, human resources, and organizational development consulting services to organizations and individuals in the New York, metropolitan area.
Prior to founding the consulting practice, he served as Deputy Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development at one of the largest training and development organizations in the country. He possesses a B.S. and M.B.A. in Organizational Psychology, along with advanced facilitation and process consultation skills. He is certified for the instruction and administration of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, one of the most useful tools for individual and team development. He has healthcare, not-for-profit, and corporate industry experience in both union and non-union environments, in addition to serving as an adjunct professor teaching courses in organizational behavior, strategic planning, and human resource management.
